Ipsen runs an interdisciplinary Service Center. It provides customers with a direct contact to experts in the different company departments for spare parts procurement and advice on modifications and retrofits.

A highly qualified and continuously trained group of maintenance and repair service staff are kept on stand-by to ensure the proper functioning of the furnace plants delivered by Ipsen to customers around the world.

Extremely short response times of our maintenance crews allow operating problems or failures to be investigated and remedied in a very short space of time.

In close cooperation with the Research & Development and Process departments, the Service Center works out and proposes problem solutions to improve specific heat-treatment processes. The Service Center is available for our customers around the clock, including weekends.
