These training courses provide targeted continuing education to employees and engineers. These include:

• Job-oriented training programs and instruction in furnace and plant systems at the Kleve plant or on-site.
• Practical seminars at the Ipsen Technical Center for Atmosphere, Vacuum and Computer Technology teach theoretical knowledge which is then immediately followed up with hands-on experience on the relevant furnace systems.
• Practical seminars at the customer’s premises.
